When I first saw the colours, I liked how they were different to other DS consoles. They are less bright, and while I am not saying I dislike the bright colours, I think that these new colours are also very attractive. I like both colours, but I personally prefer the Brown, as it’s a more unusual colour to have and with the name ‘Mahogany Brown’ it makes me feel like I should be sitting afore a roaring fire in a leather armchair, swilling a glass of port and gazing at my surroundings of a huge library with floor-to-ceiling shelves. Which is awesome.

i have the new brown dsi xl – its cool colour … we like!!

i really like the color pink and brown i really dont know how it lookes up close because i dont have one but if you choose me it would be really cool to see the dsi xl up close but today i saw it up close because my friend skylor he had won one of the brown dsi xls because his father had to remember what song it was and he got it right and his father gave it to him for his late birthday it was april 30 he turned 12 and the screens are so huge but you have to have wi-fi to get on internet and your drawing comes to life i think he showed it to me in sixth period if you wondering i go to piedmont lakes middle school in apopka FL.

OMG YEAH IN THE PICTURES OMG IT LOOKS SO NICE! but my friend got it she was so upset it looks brown in pictures its pure black! i hate it im getting wine red or white. i used to say to my mum pleaz can iget dark brown dsi xl she sed i have to wait. good i waited cuz now i know its black

OMG THATS WHAT I THOUGHT TOO! EXACTLY THE SAME! :’( until i realised its not dark brown its black my friend got it its pure black now im getting wine red or white

I hope that Nintendo will release ones in different colours soon
or i’ll be spending my money on something else!

White seams the nicer, in my opinion.

Have some colours to cater for the ladies!! A bright red would be cool, also pink and a funky bright purple! Not many consoles cater for the girls with colours! We love gaming too you know Nintendo!! Brighten the Dsi XL up a bit, the two colours already out are cool, but a little too subtle and manly!

i have a pink ds lie and a black or dark brown would be a nice couler rather than wine red

When I had to choose which color of DSi XL I wanted when I was about to buy it, I chose brown because I think the red one looks too girly.

I do not like the colours of the DSi XL’s and I will wait til I have a nicer choice. I am only 10 and do not want a wine colour or dark brown. I am not too fussy but these are horrid colours.

i really want a dsi xl ever since it came out i kept askin my parents to buy me one.
i dont really like the colors there are now but i would like to have a light colour…like: turqoise, purple,pink,red,green and lots………please try to do these colours, it would be very gratefull..:)

Brown, not the best colour to start with, wine red? would have better if it had been bright red like the DS lite. I am hanging on for the Midnight Blue, released in the US on July 11th but i am praying the UK get it soon. the announcement of the 3DS so soon has affected the sales of the XL badly, most are waiting for that but the screens are still small on that, i want big screens,, there is still a large market for the DSI XL, nintendo just need to realise that and release all the colours to the rest of the world, i bet the Blue will be the best sold colour in the world when we all finally get it

I prefer it to the wine red because the red is just too in your face, its the same reason why i got a blck ds lite and black dsi, the brown is a lot more mellow, i prefer it, i want to get one

i like the colours very much my favourite coulour is the red one because it makes it stand out more but it would be better if they had a wider colour range like the dsi has because i think the dsi xl only has a choice of three so it would be better but i am getting one soon so i will get the red one

i have a dsixl myself because i had 200 pound b’day money, and i have a brown dsixl, i hate the other colour!!!!! my dsixl is the best thing in the world

i like the brown colour of the dsixl but why not do it in blue green pink, that would be much better
