DSi XL

I don’t have a ds yet but have pre-ordered the xl. I used to a have a psp. How much internal memory do the dsi or dsi xl have? Is it just enough for the games and internet?

ive ordered my ndsi XL from hmv i cant wait!!

This will be a good present for my sis. She says im better then her since i have a DSi so she can be better then me with a DSi XL/LL! lol

well i have got the DSI tell me how better is the DSI XL does it have perental gidance like DSI because im thinking its goin to b rubbish:(

i was just wondering roughly how many games you will be able to store in the 256mb internal memory of the dsi xl? When i get one i want to download arts academy 1 and 2, a golf game, flipnote studio and one or two more. Will these all fit into the internal memory? If not, can I store these download games onto an sd card?

I have a DSi and think it is great!!!!! Is it worth getting a DSi xl if I have a DSi?

The XL is essentially the same as the Dsi, just bigger. It all depends if you want to enjoy your games on bigger screens. The XL comes with Dr Kawashimas Brain Training Arts Edition, Browser and Dictionary 6 in 1 already installed, but you can download these onto your DSi anyway.

I really like the new look of the DSi xl. It looks much greater than the DS lite. I currently have the DSi and i am considering getting the DSi xl! The pen sylus looks better than ever, better than the little one from all the previous Ds’

don’t upgrade from a dsi but do from a ds lite

My 12th birthday is coming up soon and i dont know if i should get an xl because its too big for someone thats 11 but im not sure that i should get a dsi someone help plz

does the dsi xl dictionary have all the words in it?? and wat is 6 in 1 mean??

and wats it mean by camera dictionary?

it means you can take a picture of a word and it will come up
6 in 1 means it comes up in 6 languages english italian japanese german french and spainish i think

i traded in my DSi and my PSP 3000 to get the money for this thing i also had to add £40

I’m pretty positive that you Can’t store the games you buy through the DSi shopping on a memory card. I tried it only shows and uses the system memory. It really is a way way to tiny amount of storage. I used up around 200 of what they call “blocks” of memory to put a few things beyond the 3 it comes with and then tried to use the web browser(which uses a bunch of those blocks too!!!) and was told while a page was trying to load that there wasn’t any system memory left!!! Awful!! . Oh I’m not sure if the DSi XLs in other countries besides the U.S have a video telling and showing you how to setup the Internet connection. If you do I would totally delete it after. It’s useless after you play it once and know what to do and it takes up and waste almost 100 blocks of system memory. It’s only around 5 mins long too. Sure takes a bunch of space!!! Anyway I ended up getting the brown because out of the two gross colours it was the better one.

What they didn’t mention here is that the DSi XL is region-locked

What, the original DS is no longer in production? That really sucks, I liked the original model better than the recent ones. Hopefully the DS Lite won’t stop being made soon, otherwise there’ll be no way to play GBA games on any recent Nintendo console.

It depends with how you use the DSi you have.

Do you find it hard looking at the DSi games because their small? Do you stay indoors more than going outdoors?

If the answers to both are YES, then I suggest you get a DSi XL.
