The ds lite can still go on the internet and also can the ds fat there is this game you buy it is called nintendo ds browser you setup your own account and set up the internet connection the only things different from the ds fat and ds lite to the dsi and dsi xl are they have smalller screens, no cameras, no dsi shop, no built in games and no built in internet

@Paul Yes you can, the DSi XL uses the same wireless technology than the DS lite except it can go on internet.

Can you battle your friend(in pokemon) using DSi XL if your friend is using DS Heavy or Lite

@brenda The DSi XL can do everything the DSi does. GBA is Gameboy Advance, so the DSi can't play Gameboy Advance games.
