Nintendo DSi XL launched in Japan
DSi XL Launch day in Japan seems to have gone as expected. Not quite the mad rush that met the original version of the DS since it most people keen to get their hands on an upgrade did so just 12 months ago. Still there were queues of up to 100 people at opening times which isn’t bad at all. In Japan the console comes with 3 DSIware titles installed. 2 of them are brain trainers (Ah, maybe that’s what they were saying in the Japanese DSi XL advert, not that it can be used in the kitchen or toilet). One is a science brain trainer and the other a humanities trainer. The third is called DS Easy Dictionary which might be useful if you don’t have web access.
