Here’s your chance to be the first person in your town to own a DSi XL console and be the envy of all your friends.

The prize will be a reward for the best Nintendo related website as voted for by visitors to this website.

It’s Easy to Enter

If you run a website for people who play on Nintendo games consoles, you can enter. It doesn’t matter if your website focuses on just one game or every game ever made. Your website might be a blog, news site, forum or just about anything as long as your site is enjoyed by Nintendo fans (websites focusing on other platforms are welcome too as long as they have a reasonable amount of content related to Nintendo). You can also be from any part of the world. If you’re unsure if your site can enter, just ask me.

To enter, just send your website address to contact@dsi-xl.co.uk. I won’t send you any spam, sell your email address or anything else naughty.

Public Vote
The winner will be decided by a public vote. Just tell visitors to your site to come here and vote for you. The 5 websites with the most votes will be featured here bringing them extra publicity. The website with the most votes will win my (good as new) Japanese Nintendo DSi XL in February, months before the European and North American release dates.

Though I have to admit I bought my Nintendo DSi XL mostly so that I could play it before everyone else, then to make a DSi XL review (use that link to see the very DSi XL you might be winning), I always intended on giving it away in a competition so I’ve kept it in the best condition I can for the winner.

Rules

• Voting begins on the 10^th of January (you may still enter your site after this date but you will be at a disadvantage since you will have less time to gain votes) and ends on the 17^th of February. The top 5 websites will be featured here on the 20^th of February along with the prize winner announcement.
• Visitors to DSi XL are permitted one vote each. They are allowed to cast their vote based on any criteria but are encouraged to vote based on the overall quality of the website. You are allowed to encourage votes, for example, through your website, social network or by word of mouth.
• You may only enter a website which is registered in your name or the name of an organisation you run. There may be exceptions to this rule, please contact me to check if it is OK to enter on behalf of a website where you are not listed as the owner.
• You may be required to prove you or your team run the website (there are lots of ways to do this and it probably won’t be necessary).
• Anyone suspected of unfair practices will be disqualified.
• The final say in any disagreement will be mine (have to say that for legal reasons).
